Approve or reject a workflow ticket for a certificate installation

As an approver for a workflow ticket, you need to take action to either approve or reject a proposed certificate installation.

NOTE  You must be the assigned approver for a workflow ticket assigned to the installation to see the Approve/Reject action.

Take a workflow action on a certificate installation

  1. From the TLS Protect menu bar, click Inventory > Certificates.
  2. In the Quick Filters section, click Pending My Approval.
  3. Locate the certificate that needs approval.
  4. Click Approve/Reject.
  5. Review the information in the confirmation modal, then either click Approve or Reject.
