Regardless of the command-line interpreter (shell) that you use, Trust Protection Foundation switches to a Bourne shell. If the default shell for the service account is something other than Bourne (/bin/sh), the agentless shell commands might not work properly.
NOTE CyberArk recommends that the Bourne (sh) shell is set as the default shell for the Service Account.
