PkiItem object

The PkiItem object describes information about an intermediate CA:

• CertificateDN: The end user certificate.
• CertificateGuid: A GUID that uniquely identifies the end user certificate.
• PkiDn: The location of the Application object in the Policy tree.
• PkiGuid: A GUID that uniquely identifies the HashiCorp intermediate certificate.
