CodeSign Protect notifications
Venafi CodeSign Protect sends email notifications when certain events occur during the process of setting up code signing projects and signing code. Notifications allow those with roles in the process to know when an action is needed. NOTE SMTP configuration is required for email notifications to be sent. For more information, see Configure SMTP settings.

| Approval required to use private code signing key | Everyone authorized to approve the request |
| Key use approval rejected | The user that initiated the code signing request |
| Key use approval granted | The user that initiated the code signing request |
