Renaming a bulk provisioning job

You can change the name of any existing bulk provisioning job at any time. This can be helpful when you discover that an existing name is not descriptive or meaningful enough to other users. Or sometimes, IT policies changes can lead to needed updates.

To rename a bulk provisioning job

NOTE  You need the rename permission to the bulk provisioning job, or this functionality won't be available to you.

  1. From the SSH Protect menu bar, click Configuration > Jobs .
  2. Locate the bulk provisioning job you want to change.
  3. Click on the bulk provisioning job name to open the details page.
  4. Hover your mouse pointer over the bulk provisioning job name until you see the name highlighted, and then click it.
  5. In the Rename box, type the new name in the New Name field, and then click OK.

Object names may not contain the backslash \ or less-than sign < characters. Object names (including their path ancestors in the policy tree) must be fewer than 255 total characters.
