Viewing pending approvers for a workflow

If a workflow is pending approval, you can see a list of approvers, at least one of which must approve the workflow before the requested process can continue.

NOTE  You must have View and Read permissions to a certificate or an installation to see who a blocking approval workflow is waiting for.

To view the list of pending approvers on a certificate

  1. From the TLS Protect menu bar, click Inventory > Certificates .
  2. In the Common Filters section, in the Status field, add the following status: Pending Someone Else's Approval
  3. Locate the certificate whose approvers you want to see, and click the certificate's nickname.

  4. In the Renewing - Pending Someone Else's Approval banner, click See approvers.

    A modal window lists the identities from whom the certificate is pending approval.

  5. Click Close to continue.
