About a certificate's summary (Policy Tree)

The Certificate > Summary tab provides a snapshot of the current certificate. It lists the certificate status, all associated applications, the certificate signature chain, and the certificate details.

NOTE  Any user with Write permission to the certificate can access all of the options in the Certificate Summary tab and view all summary data, including information about the certificate’s associated applications regardless of whether the user has permissions to the associated applications.

Certificate Status section

The Certificate Status section contains detailed information about errors, processing, validation, and other vital details.

(Status messages)

Just below the Certificate Status title bar, Trust Protection Platform displays the current status of the certificate object, including the following common messages:

There is no processing and the certificate is working.

The certificate is being processed. The status field provides a description of what is happening.

There is a problem and the certificate is not functioning. The status field provides a description of the problem.

Workflow request has been rejected.

Expiration Date

 

States the date and time that the certificate will expire. A value will be shown only if the certificate object has a certificate currently linked to it.

Lifecycle Stage

Processing Stage states the stage number that the certificate is currently on. Certificate will state "none" if it is not currently processing.

Revocation

Shows the date and time of the last revocation check, as well as the result of the last revocation check.

Validation

 

Displays the time stamp for the last network validation of the certificate. Network validation settings are controlled on the Validation tab of the certificate object.

Displays the results of the last network validation attempt for the certificate object.

Associated Applications

This section lists the applications the certificate object is associated with. It also details the current status, processing stage, and validation results of each specific associated application.

Certification Path

If a certificate is currently linked to a certificate object, Trust Protection Platform will build the root chain for the certificate and display it here.

Certificate Details

Trust Protection Platform lists all of the details of the certificate that is linked to the certificate object. All the details of each certificate in the root chain are displayed here as well.
