Connect to an HSM

NOTE This is a platform-level task. It requires access to Venafi Configuration Console directly on the Trust Protection Platform server and is generally completed by a Master Admin.

Venafi CodeSign Protect includes the capability to store private code signing keys in supported HSMs. To use an HSM for key storage, the HSM must first be connected to Trust Protection Platform. Once connected, the HSM becomes available as a key storage option when setting up code signing projects.
