Updating the latest patch

Updates to a major release of Trust Protection Platform are called patches. Any patches released for 24.1 will have a version of 24.1.x, where x is a number greater than 0.

As of 20.4, upgrading to a patched version is the same all other upgrades:

• Download the patch.

  The patch is an .msi file. On the download page, you will see the major release, and the latest patch. Since patches are cumulative, you only need the most recent one.

• Upgrade using Upgrading Venafi Platform 24.1.x .

  You can use any of the supported upgrade methods including:

  • In place rolling upgrade

  • Replace rolling upgrades

  • Offline upgrade
